Sourcing the candidate, through various portals, social network sites etc. line up for interview and coordinate with Dept HOD for timely interviews Responsible to maintain Recruitment data bank and coordinate with recruitment team on need basis Responsible for conducting HR induction training to new joinee Responsible to maintain training records soft/Hard copy of each employee in PTPL Responsible to provide monthly reports of Recruitment and training conducted to HRM Responsible to adhere and follow the time line of Annual training Calendar Responsible to follow up and organize the regular training of PTPL Conduct and coordinate Employee engagement activities.
