We have an opening for Receptionist - Cum - Telephone Operator-Cuffe Parade with a well known Group of companies.Position:-Receptionist - Cum - Telephone OperatorLocation: Cuffe Parade, MumbaiQualification-Any GraduateRole: Receptionist cum Telephone Operator * Front Desk Officer cum Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation.

Greet and welcome guests/visitors positively as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliver
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Marat
