- Oversee the allocation of marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior executives to devise innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with creative agencies and retainer partners.
- Drive growth in audiences and uptake for products and services through effective marketing campaigns.
- Regularly evaluate marketing activities, analyzing results and return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously identify new revenue opportunities and strategize implementation plans.
- Establish and nurture a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Champion the development of the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior leadership and partners.
- Act as a conduit for marketing goals, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on aerospace manufacturing components.
- Demonstrated leadership acumen and a track record of successful strategic marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging marketing analytics to drive decision-making and optimize ROI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in talent acquisition and retention within the marketing domain.
