- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide HR guidance and support
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of employees
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and productivity
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 or 2 College
- 8 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, with [5] years in HRBP or HR leadership roles
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (FMCG, FMCD), preferably in the chemical sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
