Responsibilities Monitor & Control site progress by liaising with Contractor & Sub contractor Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately, Ensure no non-compliance exists, Follow up with the site engineers of Contractors and or sub-contractor to ensure that work being carried out as per shops drawings, specification & meeting planned dates in schedule. Daily reporting about progress, non-compliances and any delay in work as and when project works or schedule major maintenance works are executed. Carry out inspection of maneuvering and movement areas, Terminal building and airside roads. Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineer/ contractors and or sub contractors' representative. Ensure audit, assessment of quality, maintenance procedures, inspections and ensure serviceability Identify and highlight possible area of improvement required to ensure compliance, Actively monitor the work environment for hazards Driving change management process & programs. Assess and understand the health requirements and compliances of the project, develop Management Plan, enable to Implement onsite Management plan, Develop review and monitoring mechanism for the activities. Qualifications B.E/ B.Tech in Civil engineering from a reputed institute/ university 15-18 years' experience of work experience Large Infra organization on airport construction and must have the exposure of airside /Landside/Terminal / airport operations and maintenance. Must have experience in handling high end finishes project
