As a social media manager, you would be required to manage a team of junior executives working directly with the branches and ensuring adherence to brand strategy, brand guidelines, posting frequency, scheduling and execution for multiple social media handles.What will you do :- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across Instagram and Facebook.- Create compelling and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and stories (Both video and Image content) to be executed for multiple branches.- Delegate and distribute creation and daily posting efficiently to social media executives and interns reporting to you.- Oversee post production within Instagram and Canva, provide creative inputs.- Train interns and executives in editing on Instagram and Canva.- Coordinate with different stakeholders including branch heads and managers to collate raw content daily.- Conduct audits across all handles and provide feedback to stakeholders as well as internal team.- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to engage with the audience.Eligibility and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience handling multiple social media accounts, agency experience preferred.- Any experience with kids' brands, products or services is preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Must be good with crafting and executing campaigns.- Must be good with copy.- Must have experience working on Meta Suite.- Must have managed a team of 5+ before.
