Responsibilities:As a Senior Product Manager in a Scrum-based software development process, you will be responsible for:● Identify, work through, and prioritize requirements for new product features.
● Wrap up requirements in User Stories and technical tasks organized in a ranked list (product backlog).
● Work with UX team for delightful customer experience improvements for discoverability and ease of use
● Creating Acceptance Criteria and validating the result on Sprint demos.
● Managing the sprint's scope.
● Managing the upcoming release’s scopes.
● Promptly resolving all the issues related to the clarification and adaptation of requirements.
● Continuously and proactively interact with internal and external stakeholders as well as with different development teams when working with requirements and dependencies.
● Coach junior staffs when necessaryRequirements:● 12+ years of working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner role. Should have worked in some projects related to the development of customer facing applications including web, mobile, and desktop.
● Experience in working with a scrum team distributed across multiple geographies
● Excellent analytical & communication skills.
● Ability to quickly find and assimilate new information.
● Excellent presentation skills, ability to effectively convey information verbally and graphically.
● Upper-intermediate spoken and written English (we have constant communication with teams and stakeholders all over the World).
● Excellent understanding of software development processes for server-based services.
● An understanding of the principles and practical experience of communication products, and mobile.What we offer:
