We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Admin to join our team in Ahmadabad. The HR Admin will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and support duties to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and providing support to our employees. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews Maintaining employee records and ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date Coordinating and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding process Manage office supplies and inventory Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule appointments and meetings Maintain and update company files and records Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks Provide administrative support to the team as needed Maintain a safe and secure work environment Responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate team members as needed Maintaining and updating HR databases and spread sheets Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with a passion for HR administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
