We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project right from inception to completion. The PM is responsible for crafting and executing project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and facilitating seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. We are in search of a Project Manager who not only adeptly manages projects but also possesses the strategic foresight to engineer success Experience : 6+ years in software field Responsibilities : Plan and monitor all project phases, including Initiation, Planning, Design, Development, Deployment, Implementation, and Maintenance. Effectively plan, assign, and manage both team members and infrastructure resources to ensure timely project completion. Plan, delegate, and coordinate work among various departments (e.g., Development, Testing, Quality, Documentation). Address project issues with prompt and effective resolution while also identifying, assessing, planning, and mitigating potential risks. Conduct regular Weekly Team Meetings with follow-up and closure of action items and also conduct Project Review Meetings to assess project progress and identify any gaps. Facilitate the team's comprehension of project scope, timelines, deliverables, budget, and contract terms, while also proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to contracts. Guarantee smooth transition of project responsibilities in case of resource changes, and strive for optimal resource utilization while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Verify that resources possess proficiency in the designated technology and project tools. Engage in brainstorming sessions to pinpoint areas for process enhancement Leverage consultative decision-making approaches and adhere to the Decision Analysis and Resolution (DAR) framework as needed. Keep comprehensive records of all meetings and discussions, maintaining a well-organized Project Repository Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of the domain and effectively share knowledge with the team. Recognize appropriate moments to initiate change management procedures and address any grievances Identify and integrate reusable components to streamline operations and decrease expenses. Efficiently oversee the project within the designated budget, timelines, and allocated resources Maintain close coordination with the Project Coordinator for tasks such as payment follow-up, stakeholder management, team coordination, and time management Confirm completion of all action points prior to the next meeting and conduct a thorough review of the action items Stay onsite with the project team as per the need of the project Skills/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science/ IT) Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, etc., will be an added advantage Knowledge and experience of working on e-governance projects preferred Proven track record in software project management Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in both English and Hindi, demonstrating strong linguistic proficiency in both languages Possesses outstanding client communication abilities
