Meanwhile, its products are sold in 106 countries across the world.An Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a potential candidate with at least 3+ years of experience in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development for an exciting opportunity. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client loyalty and expanding our brand presence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a customer-centric attitude and be dedicated to spearheading efforts in this direction. Preference will be given to female applicants for this role. Please note that extensive travel is compulsory for all assigned stores across the territory.Key Competencies:1. Demonstrated the ability to hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
2. Prior experience of maintaining the presentable appearance of the store, ensuring it reflects the brand's standards and enhances the customer experience.
3. Proven expertise in managing stock levels and overseeing store sales and operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
4. In-depth understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer preferences to tailor strategies and offerings accordingly, driving sales and brand growth.
5. Strong analytical skills are paired with excellent communication abilities in both English and local languages to effectively convey information and engage with customers and team members.
6. Ability to make clear, fact-based decisions in various situations, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities to drive business objectives.
7. A Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive change, particularly in situations of ambiguity or uncertainty, to achieve organizational goals and drive growth.
8. Prior experience demonstrating high energy and enthusiasm in work and motivating and inspiring team members to excel and achieve targets.
