- Achieve quarterly targets in line with annual goals;
- Work closely with the program team to understand the project and cost–impact model;
- Organize donor visits, meetings and events to help the programme team showcasing BRB’s work;
- Develop a database of local corporates/ HNIs/ other donors and a comprehensive plan for approaching them on a regular basis;
- Raise awareness of BRB's work with children across the country and advocacy work around India;
- Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with BRB values.
- Maintain the required levels of confidentiality on information relating to BRB and its supporters;
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
