For more information, please visit https://balrakshabharat.org/The RoleReporting to the Regional Team Leaders – North, West and South with matrix reporting to the PIU leads of the specific cities, the BDE-CFFs shall be responsible for engaging with and raising funds from city-centric donors including small corporates, HNIs and other donors, for various local development projects, encompassing Multi-Activity Centers, and School Education, WASH, Skill-Building and Protection initiatives. S/he shall be required to meet fundraising targets and interact closely with quality donors.In this public-facing role, the post-holders shall be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with BRB values.Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly targets in line with annual goals;
  • Work closely with the program team to understand the project and cost–impact model;
  • Organize donor visits, meetings and events to help the programme team showcasing BRB’s work;
  • Develop a database of local corporates/ HNIs/ other donors and a comprehensive plan for approaching them on a regular basis;
  • Raise awareness of BRB's work with children across the country and advocacy work around India;
  • Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with BRB values.
  • Maintain the required levels of confidentiality on information relating to BRB and its supporters;
  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
