The lead is supposed to have hands on experience in various technologies either in J2EE domain domain or extensive experience in any Experience in application deployment, environment support and production support is required. Technical Requirements Review functional and nonfunctional requirements for applications from migration, transition and operations perspective. Work with various project stakeholders to create project plan for application migrations projects or transitions. Lead new technology integration via requirements analysis, design, and implementation. Make recommendations and support implementations of new tools and technologies Engage with firm's operations teams and third party vendors on an as needed basis Hands on experience in J2ee environment configurations Hands on experience on coding, testing, analyzing application software Should have Experience on any development frameworks like eclipse. Should have Knowledge of Key webservers, application servers and there configurations like Appache, Tomcat, weblogic and websphere. Well versed in Application Installation & Configuration. Extensive experience in installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting J2EE platforms in Virtual Windows and Unix (AIX, Solaris, HPUX, Linux) environment " Tuning J2EE Application servers to optimize performanceShould be well versed in J2EE application server instance implementation and various configuration setups."
