Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Delhi, India office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:1. Managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring that the team accomplishes its sales targets on time.2. Generating and nurturing leads, providing them with solutions with accuracy and promptness.3. Nurturing relationships with existing clients to grow business from them.4. Representing the organization at trade shows internationally. 5. Maintaining market knowledge, analyzing competitor activities, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.Qualifications1. Minimum 7 years of overall experience 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field5. Knowledge of the automotive spares industry is mandatory6. Experience in International Sales will be an added advantage7.
