The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting diagnostic tests to assess hearing and balance disorders, providing individualized treatment plans, fitting and dispensing hearing aids, and offering counseling and education to patients and their families. The Audiologist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Qualifications Master's degree in Audiology or related field Experience in diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders Knowledge of audiometric testing techniques and equipment Proficiency in fitting and dispensing hearing aids Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Patient-centered approach and empathy towards patients and their families Licensure or certification as an Audiologist Experience in speech therapy
