We are having an opening for the position of Jr. Admin Executive with one of our very reputed clients in the FMCG Industry in Ahmedabad.Key Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and submit all reports to HO on time for RT Dept.
  • Cash and stock management in the center.
  • Vehicle management, maintaining fuel data, maintenance records, and insurance renewal.
  • complete the joining formalities of newly join employee in the center.
  • Maintain temp. file and submit payment advice to HO.
  • Manage sales office with Retail department.
  • Invoice and DSR management.
  • Updating and supervising the cash, cheque, and credit outstanding of the customer.
  • Making a list of the invoices for the payment of organized retailers.
  • Managing a petty cash (petrol/ diesel, parking fees etc.).
  • Maintaining and updating the Petro card details.
  • Receiving cash, a check, and a deposit to the bank.
  • Updating the new store development.
  • Maintaining the outlet list.
  • Maintaining the visicooler list and the inventory status.
  • Checking the morning stock taken and the evening return.
  • Cooler and ice pack maintenance.
  • Summarizing the monthly material inventory status.
  • Conducting and supervising all other administration work (like business card, ID cards, uniforms, etc.).
  • E-invoicing preparation and handover to the Sales Representative (SR).
Age: 22 to 30 YearsWork experience: 0.6 to 1 Years (Candidate with 1 year admin. experience is preferable)Candidates Profile:
  • PC skills like MS Excel &PowerPoint.
  • Local Candidate
  • The candidate must have good command over English and local language.
  • Male candidate with good communication skills, comfortable to work in teams, polite, punctual, sincere towards work and must have strong computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word).
