Key Accounts Manager Model (KAM)- Primary HF In order to increase penetration in developer counter, it is pertinent to have APFs of maximum projects. APF process enables bank to complete the due diligence of the project w.r.t to the legal & technical aspects and issue a letter to the developer for soliciting home loans of Home buyers. On issuance of APFs, Bank's sales team is able to solicit request for home loans from home buyers and assist in quick closure of the disbursement process on account of project being approved by the bank for Home Loan funding. However, clearing files for APF involves lot of time and effort. The effort in collating documents related to the legal aspect of the project & technical aspect of the project are quite different. It also requires regular follow up with Legal & technical vendors besides the developer team for query resolution, if any. To focus & increase APFs on priority, KAM model has been proposed at select locations. 1. Job Description - To achieve overall APF targets & Primary business volumes Coordinating with Developers to increase Kotak Bank's HF wallet share Establishing & maintaining relationship at builder counters to increase Kotak brand awareness for HF business (B2B) Market scoping & identifying potential APF projects Relationship building with various vendors involved in legal & technical scrutiny of the projects Ensure adherence to the Kotak Bank's processes Conducting regular joint meetings with Developers and Zonal managers Conduct Developer/Project specific events at the project/branch site. To regularly engage with HF Relationship Managers (RMs) to increase penetration in APF projects In case of team, lead & guide them to achieve their targets
