This role reports to the Lead, India Collections.Responsibilities

Perform collections analytics using various collections productivity matrices
Support in running in house digital campaigns
Support in maintaining relations with collections agencies
Agency performance management - performance reporting, QA and training of agencies/ callers
Maintain relations with collection agencies by monitoring and communicating their KPIs regularly
Maintain and update collections SOPs on a time to time basis
Initiating and implementation of collection strategies to improve overall productivity

RequirementsMust haves:

1+ years of experience in collections
Deep understanding of excel and data analysis
Good communicator and a team player
Good presentation skills
Passionate about improving processes and taking initiatives

Good to have:

Experience with Fintech
SQL knowledge
