Responsibilities . Responsible for understanding respective Business metrics . Responsible for performing quality check for financial and non-financial transactions which includes account set ups, deposits, policy maintenance, and claims payments on applicable systems. . Work well in the current frame of things & ability to raise when required . Should have a customer-focused approach & Attention to detail . Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills required . Good Excel and Presentation Skills Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Any Graduate except B. Tech . Relevant Insurance experience. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Preferred prior experience in Life Insurance .
