Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Associate at our Indore office. The Business Development Association will be responsible for New Business Associate, Lead Generation, and Business Communication. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications New Business Associate and Lead Generation skills Strong business knowledge and understanding of market dynamics Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proven track record of achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the education industry is a plus Experience 1-3 year experience in the sales department.
