Roles And Responsibilities Tele calling/Telemarketing Executive (Female candidates alone). Functional Area: Customer Service and sales. Role: Category Voice ( inbound and outbound). Key Accountabilities Must maintain leads and follow up till conversion into sales. Knowledge about telemarketing and leads generation. Handling Customer Over The Call. Regular follow-up with the Customers for Renewal collections and updates. Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling. Good in Relationship Building. Good Convincing and Retention of customer. Achieve renewal targets as assigned by the organisation month-on-month basis. Qualifications Any Graduate, 10,+2 (Intermediate qualified also applicable). Must be experienced in B2B sales. Sales experience of Min 6 months or 1 year. Must be a local resident current anywhere in Chennai. Should be fluent in the local language and respective regional language. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
