Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the B2B marketplace Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the IT industry and digital marketing services is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales leads. Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle Field Sales Prospect for new Clients by networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
