Overview The Sales Executive - Field Sales (Fintech) plays a crucial role in driving revenue for our organization by identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new clients within the fintech industry. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of fintech products and services, as well as a strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities Implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base within the fintech industry Identifying and targeting potential clients through proactive prospecting and cold calling Building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers in the fintech sector Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our fintech solutions Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients Negotiating contracts and agreements to close sales deals within established guidelines Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports Staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote our fintech offerings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the fintech sector Strong understanding of financial technology products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a field sales capacity Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and best practices Skills: negotiation,relationship building,prospecting,sales strategy,financial acumen
