Role - Software Development Project ManagerMale candidates onlyWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.Shift/Location- Work from Office in Gurgaon- 5 Days (Monday- Friday) 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Gurgaon & Nearby candidates only)
Hardware Pre-requisites: - laptop (8gb RAM), windows 10/11, internet speed- min 30 MBPS upload and download
Experience - 9+ YearsResponsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: * Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget constraints.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management: * Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.

Resource Management: * Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure optimal project performance.

Collaborate with department heads to secure necessary resources and expertise.

Risk Management: * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, ensuring that project deliverables remain on track.

Quality Assurance: * Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve performance.

Team Leadership: * Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience into end to end software development lifecycle management with minimum 9 years of experience.
Proven experience as an Software Development Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Solid technical background with a good understanding of software development and other relevant technologies.

PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
