Brief Description : - The position of call centre agent (inbound & outbound) consists of being the first line of contact for users with Road Side Assistance/Medical Assistance/Health Assistance. We are searching for a polite, professional call centre representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service by answering questions, handling complaints.
