Job Title: Assistant Manager Talent AcquisitionExperience: 7-15 yearsJob location: Parel, Maharashtra, IndiaJob Description:The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will play a key role in our organization's ability to recruit top talent. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing recruitment strategies to ensure we attract, hire and retain the best talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and has a passion for identifying and engaging top talent. The Assistant Manager will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make an impact in the recruitment process.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain talent.
  • Monitor trends and developments in the recruitment industry.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment team in sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, digital and print advertising, and job postings.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and records.
  • Analyze data to identify recruitment trends.
  • Create and monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports.
  • Responsible for End to End Recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff
  • Sourcing, Screening and conducting preliminary interviews
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Recruitment MIS
  • Manage and coordinate Interviews with hiring Principals / GM in the region and Head Office
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and management
  • Walk-ins management
  • Work in Sync with Team and Manager/s.
  • Need based traveling to assigned locations for executing the work
  • All other relevant duties to perform in HR function
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Should be open of travelling
  • Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Strong knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ability to create effective recruitment strategies and plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
