- Opportunity with one of India's leading digital services provider to power/utilities companies
- Opportunity to lead large planning function for large scale projects
- Planning and scheduling of project as per the agreed timelines
- Resource allocation and conflict management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Budgeting and Proposal planning for the project
- Risk assessment and management with proper escalation matrix to ensure project delivery is not hampered
- Creating project dashboards, review reports, cross BU development, cost control reports, variance reports etc
- Tender and RFQ planning , bidding know how, proposal management, stakeholder management, project procurement
- Liaison with senior stakeholders at the client front
- Strong academic background with bachelors in Electrical/Mech/Civil engineering with relevant experience of atleast 15+ years mandatory
- Candidates with PMP certification and Masters in Planning from NICMAR will be desirable
- Candidates who have managed project planning for large scale electrical distribution/Discoms/Utility/Smart Metering projects will be desirable
- Tools/Software - MS Projects, Primavera, and other relevant software focused around PMP
- Soft Skills - Strong verbal and oral communication along with excellent presentation skills
