Headquartered in Bangalore, India, Greytip has branches in Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Dubai.About the Department:The Customer experience department at Greytip plays a critical role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company, which can lead to increased customer loyalty, higher customer retention rates, and ultimately, business growth. The CX team is responsible for managing the overall customer experience, from the initial contact with the company through to post-purchase support and beyond. This team is responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company at every touchpoint, and for resolving any issues or concerns that customers may have. This team plays a critical role in helping businesses grow their customer base through word-of-mouth marketing and referrals.Position Purpose:The Customer Referral Manager is responsible for owning and executing the customer referral program to increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams, to create and implement effective referral marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will also be adept at using referral tools and technologies to optimize the referral program's performance and track its ROI.Preferred Functional Knowledge and Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive referral marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals, utilizing referral tools and technologies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop referral marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, in app, and offline channels.
  • Work with the lead generation team to track and measure the success of referral campaigns and optimize them for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Own the ROI of the referral program and continuously optimize campaigns to improve its performance.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure that the referral program is meeting the needs and expectations of customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers to increase referral traffic.
  • Analyze and report on referral marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the referral program is integrated into the overall customer experience and optimized for success.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and referrers, including answering questions, providing incentives, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Design and build incentive programs for internal teams (Sales, CS etc ) to drive referrals.
  • Identify potential referral sources within the existing customer base, as well as other networks and communities.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or any related field.
  • Prior experience in a referral marketing manager role.
