Responsibilities Assisting in designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, Linked In and other social media websites etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews and schedule the interviews with department heads / Team leads or other hiring team members. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Negotiating & Releasing offer to the selected candidates. Documentation of the new selections. Requirements Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Good with various selection processes (Video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills.
