Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Bloop. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and managing social media campaigns. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Business platforms Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools Job requirements The right candidate must have/be: At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (Pinterest is a plus) Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns on TikTok is a plus Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics) Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines Meta Media Buying Certification is a plus
