Role Description This is a contract role for a Business Development & Project Management Associate at Ramya.materials. The Business Dev. & PM Associate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and feasible solutions to organizations seeking sustainable growth, following up with active leads and working with the in-house technical team to create comprehensive research-based proposals. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research and analysis, facilitate partnerships, and often provide training and capacity building as part of project management and execution. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Expertise in R&D work for a traditional science or engineering discipline (both academic or industry/ startup experience are okay) Ability to apply material science innovations to key GHG-emitting industries Strong project management and consulting skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in new product development and iteration Proficiency in benchmarking, landscaping, and project mapping Ability to facilitate partnerships and alignment across teams Experience in capacity building and training Knowledge of grant applications and fundraising Acknowledged as a leader and thinker in the field of sustainable materials Interested in development and use of Intellectual Property Bachelors/Masters in material science or related field
