At Locofast, we are driven to do exactly that & today have an opportunity to create a very large impact in an extremely large industry.Expectation from the Candidates : - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing with expertise in Google Ads/LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram to join our team. As Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective inbound marketing strategies, with a specific focus on media acquisition for demand generation. You will also play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and increasing online visibility. If you have a deep understanding of inbound marketing channels, particularly SEM and SEO, and are passionate about driving measurable results, we would love to hear from you.Roles & Responsibilities :- Manage multiple projects related to SEO, SEM, Lead generation and Social Media Management.- Work closely with co-founders on the GTM strategy and build the brand's marketing strategy.- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company.- Develop end to end product strategy and marketing automation plans for product sales.- Execute growth campaign for our b2b app users' Acquisition, Engagement, Retention and Transaction- Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website visibility and organic traffic. Provide recommendations and insights for website structure, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.- Develop long-term and short-term strategies for addressing product gaps, new market penetration, distribution and sales via app- Work with the Growth, Design, Tech, Product, and sales functions to advance cross- function revenue and profitability goals.Must-Haves :- Experience in creating content for B2B brand on social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, & Twitter with Medium, Google analytics, SEO, Google Ads, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Similarweb.- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization techniques.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- A constant learner with a proactive attitude towards staying updated with industry trends.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Should be able to work in an unstructured environment.We offer :- Competitive salary.- Great working environment, opportunity to work directly with the founders on very exciting real-life problems.- Opportunity to grow really fast.
