- Collaborate with the BD team to identify and actively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements in the technical manner
- Develop and maintain sales tools, including presentations, demo environments, and competitive analysis materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Customize product offerings to align with client-specific requirements and use cases.
- Develop marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to promote our connected mobility platform.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer requirements and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge of our platform and related technologies to effectively address customer inquiries and challenges.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions, contributing to the evolution of our product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, marketing, or business development roles within the technology industry, preferably in the mobility sector.
- Strong understanding of connected mobility solutions, including IoT, telematics, vehicle connectivity, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and attend industry events.
