Job Description:1. Generate a pipeline of high-value prospects.2. Handle relationship management and issue resolution.3. Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insightsto enable a productive sales activity.4. Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for thatopportunity.5. Establish and develop business relationships with new and prospective customers togenerate new business for the Company's products/services.6. Directing customers to a specific outcome through company-approvedcommunication channels.7. Analyze the clients portfolio and contact clients who stopped or reduced trading withthe company to find out the reasons.8. Proactively reach the client in case of any information needed from the client inorder to address the payment issues.9. Manage the incoming clients queries and complaints.10. Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts11. Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales, and salesRequirements:1. Minimum 1 year of work experience in telemarketing or any relevant client-facingroles within the financial services industry.2. Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly /quarterly basis.3. An ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.4. Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills would be preferred.5. Strong client-facing and communication skills.6. A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;7. Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve targetperformance (KPI);8. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of grouppresentations.10. Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;campaigns, as well as marketing methods
