- Working on end-to-end project site responsibilities covering cost, quality, schedule, EHS- Managing the main contractor and sub-contractors- Involved in design and execution coordination with the architect and all consultants- Reviewing progress on a regular basis with all stake holders- Managing vendors, ensuring quality and timelines- Ensuring project closure on timeRequirements :- B. Tech in Civil Engineering. (PG Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage).- 18-20 years- experience in building construction and project management- Proven experience in executing integrated construction works of 10 million sft + project size- Project site experience in residential buildings, commercial complex. Any site experience in building educational institutes will be an added advantage.- Experience MEP / IT / Finishes / Interior/ Landscape in large projects- Knowledge of construction statutory compliance, safety, cost (including QS & billing with back up measures)- Experience with Lump sum / Fixed price GC (general Contracting) model- Experience in reading Auto-cad 3D / Revit based 2D/3D drawings- Good communication skills in English and Hindi- Work experience in the top 5 construction companies in India will be helpful- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites at Central, East & North-East India
