Financial Accountant (Mandarin Speaker)

• A Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, PA & ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in deep functional finance operations.
• We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Responsible for financial accounting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting data.
• Manage overall accounting processing for the supervised company.
• Handle tax declaration and annual audit for the supervised company.
• Verify and follow up on various accounts receivable and payable.
• Review and standardize the daily expense reimbursement, ensuring legal and compliant submission of expense receipts, and strictly adhere to the expense reimbursement approval system.
• Generate monthly financial statements and perform statement analysis.
• Cooperate with tax, audit, and other departments, providing required data promptly and accurately while maintaining good communication with all parties.
• Handle external communication with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant departments.
• Excellent in writing and speaking of both English, Bahasa Malaysia as well as Mandarin in order to communicate with team members.
