We are urgently looking for talented Social Media Marketing Manager to help with our expanding Digital Media Team. Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning Brand awareness, social media handling, google ads, WhatsApp campaign, followers campaigns, Shop now campaigns, website planning, and brand guidelines to streamline standardization, vendor management, graphic designing, content strategy, brand communication, other promotional activities and inputs, market research. Social Media and Digital Marketing Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall goals, identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers. Managing social media platforms is crucial for building and maintaining brand presence. Develop social media strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and use paid advertising to reach specific demographics. Use platforms like Google Ads and social media ads to create targeted advertising campaigns. Manage budgets, create ad copy, select keywords, and monitor ad performance to ensure a positive ROI. Analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make informed decisions to optimize future campaigns. Improvement in user experience, landing pages, and conversion funnels to increase the likelihood of conversions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and sales teams, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy. We are maintaining and enhancing the brand's online reputation. We monitor online mentions and engage with customers to manage brand perception. Plan and execute SEO/SEM. Product and Sales Management Taking care of Neudot website. Use Google Ads and social media ads to generate customized advertising campaigns, manage budgets, write ad copy, choose keywords, and track ad performance to ensure a profitable return on investment. Requirement Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Any Bachelor's Degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skill. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. Immediate Joiners Preferred. Must have good knowledge on MS Office Suit. Preferred languages: English, Hindi and additional any regional language. Work Location - Koramangala. Working Mode - Work from office (6 days).
