- Performing reconciliation between the banking system & tax system for Preparation and review of tax returns/accounting with limited supervision.
- Liaising with OPS teams like Pricing & Coding team, Corporate Action team etc.
- Interpretation and applying of Corporate Events and fund related movements
- Ascertaining tax codes for US securities by checking market sources.
- Meet service level standards for timeliness and accuracy.
- Analysis of transactional activity from tax implication perspective. Ability to learn new types of tax laws.
- Clear understanding of changes in tax laws and its implication to the return.
- Good communication skills; time management skills; ability to work under pressure; analytical; problem solving skills; and team player.
- Maintain KPI, SOP and other MIS. Accuracy and attention to detail are mandatory
- Experience using MS Office products such as excel, word and access required.
- Responsible to manage queries of the team. SME in Tax/Accounting/Admin functions and other support operations.
- Understands Risk and Controls related to process and is able to effectively manage it.
- Able to manage effective relationship with stakeholders
- Good communication skills; time management skills; ability to work under pressure; analytical; problem solving skills; and team player.
- Able to impart training to new hires.
- Ensures team complies with service level standards for timeliness and accuracy.
- Effectively manages performance of every member of the team.

- Bachelors Degree is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams
