Responsibilities:

Leading the Project Management and Reporting (PMR) function for Adani's Natural Resources operations in Mundra
Developing and implementing project management strategies to ensure successful execution of key initiatives
Overseeing the creation of comprehensive project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and reporting requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvements
Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on project performance and industry trends
Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their project management and reporting skills
Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMR processes and tools

Qualifications: Experience

Minimum 17 years of experience in project management and reporting within the Natural Resources industry
Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and team management
Proven experience in driving operational excellence and delivering strategic insights
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the Natural Resources sector

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Master's degree in Project Management or a relevant discipline (preferred)
