Job Description:In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only)Job Title - Divisional Risk and Control Senior Analyst, AVPLocation – Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionAs part of the Global Governance & Embedded Risk team in DCRO/ Risk Execution you will report to the team lead in India.The team is responsible enabling adherence to NFRM minimum standards in the TDI division. This includes driving processes like linking finding to controls, findings read across and contributing to oversight of the findings portfolio and generally providing advise on risk & control matters. The team also produces management information decks for various stakeholders and committees (for example the divisional non-financial risk council).This role requires strong experience in developing, improving, and implementing processes and controls as well as excellent communication and coordination capabilities as you will directly interact with all levels of management across Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) as well as outside of TDI such as NFRM or other (business) divisions, globally.What we’ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop, improve and implement processes in alignment with NFRM minimum standards.
  • Educate and provide support to stakeholders on such processes.
  • Compile management information by coordinating input from various levels of the organisation (e.g., Reports to senior Management, Policies and Process Descriptions). Supporting regulatory requirement and related balance scorecard.
  • Proactively develop and maintain professional consultative working relationships, primarily within the TDI risk community and infrastructure functions such as NFRM, Group Audit and DCO.
  • Managing / supporting ad-hoc projects for risk and control.
Your skills and experience
  • Several years of experience either within Group Audit, Divisional Control Office or NFRM is required.
  • Understanding of Information Technology or Information Security capabilities and processes along with how they relate to risk mitigation activities and interlock between business processes & IT is beneficial.
  • Team player, outcome-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable to work and collaborate across divisions and all hierarchy levels.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • Substantial analytical and conceptual skills with a high attention to detail.
  • High willingness to perform, open for new topics, ability to solve problems independently and to act proactively with an ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
