- Develop, improve and implement processes in alignment with NFRM minimum standards.
- Educate and provide support to stakeholders on such processes.
- Compile management information by coordinating input from various levels of the organisation (e.g., Reports to senior Management, Policies and Process Descriptions). Supporting regulatory requirement and related balance scorecard.
- Proactively develop and maintain professional consultative working relationships, primarily within the TDI risk community and infrastructure functions such as NFRM, Group Audit and DCO.
- Managing / supporting ad-hoc projects for risk and control.
- Several years of experience either within Group Audit, Divisional Control Office or NFRM is required.
- Understanding of Information Technology or Information Security capabilities and processes along with how they relate to risk mitigation activities and interlock between business processes & IT is beneficial.
- Team player, outcome-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable to work and collaborate across divisions and all hierarchy levels.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
- Substantial analytical and conceptual skills with a high attention to detail.
- High willingness to perform, open for new topics, ability to solve problems independently and to act proactively with an ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
