Role Purpose Statement:
Implement the norms of Food Safety management system and ISO standards in entire plant level
Develops food safety regulations, policies, and procedures for plant operations. Help to develop,
implement, and enforce security and food safety standards, policies, and programs including
HACCP, and GSFI, regulatory audits, food safety training programs, standard operating procedures
(SOPs), product inspections, and standardized work.
To prepare procedures, manual, Checklists, Toolbox talk, and formats as per FSSC 22000 for the
plant. To train the employees of food safety norms
Main Accountabilities:
Preparation of Manuals as per FSSC 22000 requirement
Preparation of formats to maintain the records.
Verification & Validation of CCPs, OPRPs, VACCP, TACCP & PRPs
Preparation of procedures and implementation of procedures ( support )
Training to employees regarding Food safety & Quality; maintenance of its records
Carry out the internal audits and close the gaps with corrective actions
Customer audits, Halal, Kosher RSPO Audit & closure of gaps.
Conduct vendor audits in terms of food safety
To deliver the best quality to our valuable customers by adhering to BIPL/FSSAI Standards & QFS
Policy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Development of Food Safety Culture in the plant.
Ensure 100% food safety
Adherence to food safety policy as per Bunge’s requirement.
Customer audit: No major non-compliance in the audit
FSSC 22K Certification of the plant.
Halal, Kosher, RSPO certification audit
Conduct MRM & Food safety Monthly Meeting
Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):
Ability to delegate when necessary
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customersCommunication - strong communicator, ability to communicate with customers
