Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities- Source potential candidates through job portals, placement consultants, and the company careers page.- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing entire employee life cycle.- Coordinating with candidates for interviews (Telephonic interviews, collecting and verifying basic information etc..)- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.- Taking care of joining formalities, documentation, and Onboarding process. Providing a great onboarding experience to New Joiners.- Introduction Training Process of newly joined candidates.- Must be a clear communicator & Conduct orientation of new employees with company Policies.- Ensure that all the employees comply with the company policies.- Managing & updating the centralized data related to Employees lifecycle & proper record-keeping of employee information.- Assisting in the planning of company events.- Promote HR programs for employee engagement activities to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.- Responding to employee's inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.- Manage work culture, a pleasant environment, and an ideal atmosphere.- Coordinate and collaborate with the team and establish a hassle-free communication channel.*Speak with the employer* +91 90167 18208
