We are hiring for an award-winning digital marketing agency from Kochi who are looking for a social media executive to work with a popular automotive dealer. Responsibilities: Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content & ensure sustained social media growth. Monitor the organization's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, communications, etc. Manage and publish original, high-quality content on social platforms across placements. Administer all social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media. Manage editorial calendars and syndication schedules Respond to social media inquiries and join relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and soft sell the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Engage with key influencers, customers, and stakeholders to build community and foster partnerships. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance Plan and strategize channel growth to meet monthly & quarterly targets. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in social media management Experience in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, GMB Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam) Positive attitude & ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team Strong attention to detail with time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Relevant industry experience (Automotive) Basic Knowledge of digital marketing, social media SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
