- Should have minimum Professional Experience of 20 years
- Should have minimum international work experience of 5 years in Developed countries in Bridge as a designer
- Should have minimum work experience of 10 years relevant experience in at least 3 projects in design /design review of transportation Bridge in cable Stay Bridge
- Single project costing not less than INR 5000 Million OR
- Two Projects costing not less than INR 5000 Million OR
- Three projects costing not less than INR 5000 Millions
