In your new role you will:
- Lead the Design System integration tests quality assurance team, asa technical lead for qualify Infineon Design Packages (DP) components(set of stdcell, io, mem libraries, run sets) using the Infineon DesignFlow (set of tools and methodologies).
- Ensure high quality of design system's deliverables by having earlyfull chip qualification environment and test a DP significantly beforethe dedicated Product line/test chip use them.
- Developing test plans, test-cases and executing test-cases to verify the integrity of major features for flow & library interfaces, changesacross various tools, methodologies, and technologies.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of quality deliverables on design system components by analyzing failures and bug fix validationand verification and ensure ~100% coverage in the test plan/test-cases.
- Analyze the results and any flow and Design package incompatible, inconsistency issues to be reports via Jira.
- Engaged in discussion with design system/s/flow teams, involved intechnical discussion, provide suggestion, ideas.
- Collaborate and cooperate with various internal stakeholder, businesslines product team to assure proper quality deliveries with adequatecoverage.
- Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional interdependencies.
- Steer effective communication across stakeholder to achieve projectgoals.
- Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting.
- Working in compliance with all Infineon Quality/Process
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree of BE/BTech (E&CE or Electrical) or ME/M.Tech (Electronicsor VLSI)t
- At least 8+ year hands on experience in physical designs, strongunderstanding in the RTL2GDSII flow design implementation in leadingprocess technologies - insights into design/technology packages, designflow methodologies or Electronic Design Automation(EDA).
- Very good experience in leading medium size projects on SoC's /medium size team.
- Knowhow on automation tools like Jenkins. Git, DevOps is benefits.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowing industry standards QA practices including SW design practices
