Marine Superintendent

• Oversee and coordinate all marine activities related to the construction of the bridge.
• Ensure efficient utilization of marine resources, including vessels, equipment, and manpower.
• Develop and implement marine operational plans in accordance with project requirements and timelines.

• Supervise and lead a team of marine personnel, including captains, crew members, and support staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of marine personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure a safe and productive working environment.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of marine equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant marine regulations, environmental laws, and project specifications.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate marine activities with overall project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on marine operations and progress.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders related to marine activities.

• Monitor marine-related expenditures and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization of resources.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of marine equipment and supplies.
