• Lead and coordinate with cross functional teams. Work on architecting and estimating the flows.
• Design and deliver API and messaging-based integration solutions with internal and external systems including
• Salesforce, ERP and other custom and cloud-based solutions.
• Install, configure, and test Apigee, Edge micro gateway installations and Upgrades.
• Work experience on AWS EC2 instances, ALB, CloudWatch, work experience on Linux machines.
• Design, develop, configure, and troubleshoot APIs and policies using APIGEE and Azure APIM
• Good knowledge on Azure APIM, App Insights, C# coding
• Work experience on Drupal based APIGEE developer portal.
• Work experience on admin part of APIGEE, like roles/users setup, management APIs
• Implement requirements of the API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, monetization, request, and response modifications etc., using Apigee
• Work on standardizing the legacy APIs, and certificate management within APIGEE.
• Good understanding on authentication mechanisms like Oauth2.0, SAML, authorization code, mutual TLS setup
• Good understanding on network connectivity's, firewall setup
• Perform regular health checks and monitor performance of the Apigee environment write open API spec and smart docs for on boarding APIs to developer portal.
• Convert web services from SOAP to REST or vice-versa, using Apigee API management platform.
• Create custom policies in Java, JavaScript, node js, Python etc. in Apigee or any other APIM.
• Build and create shared flows for error handling, security and other scenarios.
• Work with the product vendor on issue resolution and enhancements
• Debug Apigee EDGE and edge micro gateway components
• Write automation test cases.
• Build and create shared flows for Error handling, security and other scenarios as deemed necessary.
• Build, work and manage API developer portal for service providers to on board app developers, add API documentation and customize using Drupal
• Create REST API documentation using swagger and YAML or similar tool
• Standardize the CI/CD setup for Apigee for automated deployment.
• Work on ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Implementation knowledge on integrating Apigee with Splunk

• Minimum of 8 Yrs experience in APIGEE API Development
• APIGEE developer Certification
• Experience integrating with cloud application.
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
• Experience documenting technical design and test cases.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
