Senior Advanced Software Engineer - Anthem CoE This role involves technical leadership in the Anthem area for the functionality development and features testing: . The role is required to demonstrate thought leadership in software development and Lean/Agile program execution. . This role is required to demonstrate technical leadership in new Anthem SW solution design. . The candidate should have the capability to understand the system requirements and perform full SW life cycle activities (design, implementation, and testing). . Provide investigation support for tool issues. Handles issues/roadblocks. Participates in design reviews and technical decision making. . Mentor the junior members in the team and be seen as a problem solver. . Collaborates/ actively with stakeholders for new technologies/ideas incubation/information. . Performs competitive intelligence and IP analysis. Motivates functional team in IP creation for the Product in the field of expertise. . Seeking proactive feedback for continuous improvement and Build relationships and collaborating with business partners and stakeholders in SBG's / SBU's. . Excellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management. . Driving innovation, creating growth ideas relevant to global & local markets, products, and initiatives Skills Requirements: . B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering . Minimum 12 years of experience working development of engineering web applications supporting mission critical functions/programs. . Must have Strong knowledge of Avionics, SW development & V&V . Software and System integration experience. . Strong knowledge in SW programming and Test dev/exec. . Strong hands-on experience in development of SW applications using C/C++. . Knowledge in C#, Python or other scripting languages would be an added advantage. . Prefer exposure to TI Hercules Microcontroller & A664 networking. . Experience on AFDX, CAN, A429 bus topologies. . Exposure on DO178B/C process. . Prior experience on aerospace safety critical embedded application. . Familiarity with JIRA and Bitbucket CI/CD using Bamboo/Octopus. . Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and networking skills. . Possess good understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers (internal and external). . Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects.
