What We Are Looking For: The HR Generalist & Talent Partner will provide a full life cycle of front-line talent acquisition and HR support to prospective candidates, active applicants, employees, and managers to provide results-driven solutions and administrative and operational support that are aligned with business initiatives and our core values. This role provides inspiring leadership to all employees, promoting and supporting Sectigo as the Company and Employer of Choice by being an ambassador of Sectigo's core values through day-to-day actions. What You'll Be Doing: Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers and provide administrative and operational support to HR leaders and stakeholders. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage a diverse range of job openings from end to end to secure key hires. Utilize various sourcing platforms and industry-specific job boards to drive job performance campaigns and source qualified candidates. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Address challenges with the talent leaders, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in recruitment priorities and strategies. Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing a positive experience for all parties involved as an ambassador of Sectigo. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities and new hire information. Act as point of contact and liaison across HR specialty functions including onboarding, offboarding, reporting, hiring, terminations, benefits, performance management, HRIS systems management, and implementations. Foster and support a positive, employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance and employee engagement. Ensure fairness and accuracy in HR documentation and file management. Manage onboarding activities of all new employees including initiating correct system access and set up. Act as single point of contact for employee inquiries benefits, pay, policies, etc. and enter benefit enrollment information into carrier website. Comply with quarterly compliance audit requests. Manage and execute various vital HR related functions and operations. Own, assist and participate in critical HR projects/initiatives. Ensure consistency in all execution of global HR policies and practices. Manage the HRIS and maintain all employee records and necessary employee reporting. Track employee data such as harassment trainings, background checks, benefits enrollment, etc. Coordinate HR initiatives such as dissemination of bonuses, performance management review process, etc. Assist with open enrollments, changes and training for employee benefits programs. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits or company policies. Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Additional responsibilities and special project as needed. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred. EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of human resources generalist experience. 1+ years recruiting experience. Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems. Talents and Desired Qualifications: Self-starter, results-oriented, and motivated professional. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS/ATS applications. People-oriented and excellent customer service skills. Detail-oriented with meticulous analytical and proofreading skills. Communicate fluently and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Proven organizational skills. Global HR experience strongly preferred (U.S., Canada, UK, Romania, India, etc.). A strong client focus with solid judgment and critical thinking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and to manage confidential information of a sensitive nature. The ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving and dynamic organization. Demonstrated knowledge of the Human Resources field. Understanding of state and federal employment regulations. Understanding of personnel and compliance records management. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively to leadership on-site and remotely. Creative problem solver in a sometimes resource constrained environment. Ability to maintain a sense of humor and a balanced perspective. Continuous improvement and learning mindset.
