- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans for employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related matters.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Employee Onboarding and Training:
- Conduct employee onboarding sessions.
- Help organize training and development initiatives.
- Employee Relations and Support:
- Address employee queries related to leaves, compensation, and other HR topics.
- Resolve any issues that may arise.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Assist in creating and implementing human resource policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Performance Management:
- Participate in performance appraisal processes.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).
- Record Keeping and Data Management:
- Maintain employee files and records (both electronic and paper-based)
- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities, Consumer and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
