Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business – they were made just right for you.Job PurposeDrive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth for Credit CardKey Accountabilities# Lead a sales team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Branch sales and Tele-Sales channel management.# Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team regularly.# Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the teamJob Duties & responsibilities# Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.# Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.# Managing Productivity & Query handling.# Data management and MIS handling.# Local candidates with Credit Card or Retail Assets experience preferred.Required ExperienceRelevant experience in credit card sales with experience of handling third party vendors, digital marketing, branch sales / retail lending, customer relationship managementEducation / Preferred Qualifications
